Fix Your Gaze
Hebrews 12:2-3
Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider Him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary.
The longer we focus on Him the clearer we can see Him and be guided by His grace. You really have to choose to focus squarely upon Him. It's no wonder Joshua was told to not turn to the right or to the left but stay focused on His word.
If you focus your eyes correctly on the image above, you will see His face anywhere, over everything. But the more you turn away, the less of Him you'll see. So focus on Him with your heart too and be strengthened by His grace.
